We accept both prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and order eligibility.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests are subject to processing timelines and may not be guaranteed if the order has already entered fulfillment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Delivery is estimated within 3–7 business days across India.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed and dispatched, except in cases where:
- Incorrect item is delivered
- Product is damaged during transit
Such cases are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis after verification.
7. Risk and Liability
All products are shipped via third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or products.
8. Order Refusal and COD Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
In cases of COD refusal or non-acceptance at delivery, Munkito may take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis, including restricting future COD orders.
