Munkito currently provides shipping services only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
All orders placed on the Website are eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise specified. Munkito reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same day of order confirmation.
However, the following conditions apply:
- Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- Munkito reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volumes, operational constraints, or force majeure events.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:
- Geographic location
- Courier partner availability
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Other external factors beyond our control
Munkito shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its associated third-party courier partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery will be executed by independent logistics providers.
6. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, Customers will receive shipment tracking details via email and/or SMS. While we strive to ensure accurate tracking information, Munkito does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking updates provided by third-party services.
7. Risk of Loss and Title
All products purchased from the Website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Accordingly, the risk of loss and title for such products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of order.
8. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a delayed, lost, or damaged shipment, Customers must notify us at care@munkito.in within a reasonable time.
Munkito will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. All claims are subject to verification and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Munkito reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny claims based on investigation findings
- Offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at its sole discretion
Munkito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or failures.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Munkito shall not be liable for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional charges incurred due to re-delivery attempts
In such cases, redelivery may be attempted at the Customer’s expense, subject to feasibility.
10. Refusal of Delivery
If a Customer refuses to accept delivery of an order without valid reason, Munkito reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Deduct applicable logistics or handling charges
- Restrict future orders from the Customer
11. Force Majeure
Munkito shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.
