Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

As we follow a same-day dispatch system, cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
We do not guarantee that cancellation requests will be accepted if the order has already entered the packing or shipping stage.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in:

7. Post-Dispatch Policy
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted
