This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.munkito.in (“Website”), operated by Munkito, a sole proprietorship based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to this Policy in full.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All products sold on Munkito are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
2. Exceptions – Transit Damage or Wrong Product
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching orders. However, in rare cases where you receive:
- A damaged product
- A tampered or opened package
- An incorrect item
You may be eligible for a goodwill resolution in the form of store credit only, subject to verification.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Proof
To be eligible for any claim under Section 2, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video showing the unopened package from the start
- Visible shipping label and packaging condition
- Continuous recording without cuts or edits
Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Resolution Method
If your claim is approved after verification, Munkito will provide store credit only equivalent to the value of the affected product.
- No cash refunds will be issued
- No replacements are guaranteed
- Store credit will be issued at the sole discretion of Munkito
5. Claim Reporting Timeline
Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery at:

6. Conditions for Approval
All claims are subject to internal verification and courier investigation. Munkito reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject claims
- Request additional proof
- Deny claims if evidence is insufficient or inconsistent
7. Order Acceptance
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final
- Products are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Any dispute will be resolved as per this Policy only
8. Limitation of Liability
Munkito shall not be liable for:
- Delays in delivery
- Damage caused by courier handling after dispatch
- Misuse or improper storage of products after delivery
- Any indirect or consequential losses
9. Policy Abuse
Any attempt to misuse this Policy, including fraudulent claims or edited/unverified videos, may result in:
- Rejection of all claims
- Order blocking or account restriction
- Legal action where necessary

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
